The T2 for HR Executives Programme is a senior coaching and development programme designed specifically for HR professionals.
The programme consists of inspiring, content driven group sessions facilitated by senior T2 Consultants, quarterly one to one executive coaching sessions and personal psychometric testing analysis aimed to support your personal and professional growth.

Thought Leading Content – Attend monthly group sessions and talks on thought leading content from the world of HR and People Development. As a member you can attend all 12 throughout the year or simply select the particular themes and sessions that are relevant to you.
121 Executive Coaching – Each programme member will receive 4 executive coaching sessions with a senior T2 Consultant which are designed specifically for their own personal development. These sessions can be delivered quarterly across the year.
Networking and Best Practice Sharing – Opportunities to connect and engage with other programme members and senior HR Professionals, and tap into best practices from the HR world.
Personal Profiling – Each member will be put through our innovative approach to psychometric testing and personal profiling. We will use our PRINT testing tool to lift the lid on your unconscious motivators and deep dive into what this means as we explore your sense of purpose.
