T2 Leadership Retreat: Not a Three-Day Event. A Twelve-Month Leadership Journey.

Three days. Senior leaders. World-class speakers. One experience designed to change how you lead, and a twelve-month journey to make sure it sticks.

29th June – 1st July 2027

  • T2 Retreat – video1 Inside the Retreat 3 days at The Grove

Most leadership events end the moment delegates leave the venue.

The T2 Leadership Retreat is built differently.

The three days at The Grove are the catalyst, an immersive, intensive experience grounded in performance psychology and our 6 Pillars methodology. What follows is twelve months of ongoing development, including one to one coaching and continued learning through the T2 Hub, designed to make sure the change that starts in the room actually holds once leaders are back in their organisations.

From self-awareness to team performance to high level leadership under pressure, every element is designed to challenge, inspire and create change that lasts well beyond the event itself.

The Three Days

  1. Day 1

    Self-Awareness

Understand How You Really Show Up As a Leader

The retreat opens by uncovering the unconscious motivators driving your behaviour as a leader. Through 360 feedback, you'll identify your genuine strengths, your blind spots and the patterns that shape how others experience your leadership. Pressure based scenarios test how that behaviour holds up in real time, not just in theory.

You'll leave Day 1 with a personalised 360° feedback leadership report and the foundation for a bespoke leadership action plan, built around your individual strengths, challenges and goals.

  2. Day 2

    Teamship

Experience What High Performing Teams Actually Require

Day 2 moves from individual self-awareness to team performance. Real world team challenges put trust based leadership into action, creating space for honest reflection on team behaviour, communication and accountability, the dynamics that determine whether a team performs together or simply works alongside each other.

  3. Day 3

    High Performance

    Translate Insight Into Action

The final day brings everything together. You'll master what optimal leadership looks like in practice, gain clarity through attribute profiling on the specific traits that impact your effectiveness as a leader, and leave with a personal leadership action plan that gives the following twelve months direction and structure.
