What we collect, and when

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, together with limited analytics data if you consent to it. We do not buy or sell personal data.

When you submit an enquiry form

We collect:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your telephone number;
  • your organisation; and
  • the content of your message.

Some forms — for example our TNA intake form — also record the options you select, so that we can respond with a relevant report or proposal.

Our forms are processed by Netlify, our form provider. Like any web service, Netlify records standard technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs for security and spam prevention; we do not use this to identify or profile you.

When you buy something from our shop

We collect your name, email address, the product, amount and currency, and — for physical items — your UK shipping address, together with the payment and fulfilment status of your order.

Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment provider, on Stripe’s own secure page. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through or touch our systems; we hold only Stripe’s reference numbers for the transaction. We do not create customer accounts: each purchase is independent, and there is no stored login or saved card.

When you browse the site

Nothing is collected unless you consent to it. The site sets no analytics or tracking cookies until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you do accept, Google Analytics and HubSpot collect usage data as described in our Cookie Policy. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and diagnostics, as any web host does; these are not used to identify or profile individuals.

Marketing

If you are an existing client, we may email you about services similar to those you have used. We also contact people in professional roles at organisations we believe would benefit from our services, using business contact details, under our legitimate interests in promoting our work. Every marketing email identifies us and carries a clear way to opt out. If you opt out, we add your address to a suppression list so that you are not contacted again, and you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing help@trans2performance.com. We do not use the website to build advertising audiences, and we do not send marketing to personal (consumer) email addresses without consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the suppliers who help us run the site, take payment, and reply to you, each acting under a written agreement:

  • Our web developer and hosting provider — the website and its database run on Cloudways (DigitalOcean infrastructure) on servers in London, United Kingdom.
  • Netlify — processes submissions from our website forms and hosts our TNA intake page, on servers in the United States, under Netlify’s published data processing terms.
  • Stripe — our payment provider. Card details are entered on Stripe’s systems and never pass through ours.
  • Microsoft 365 — our email provider, which delivers the emails we send you.
  • HubSpot — our customer relationship management system, where we keep enquiry and client records.
  • lemlist — our outreach platform (hosted in the European Union), where we manage business-to-business correspondence.
  • Google — analytics, only if you consent to analytics cookies.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to.

Where your data is stored

Website and order data is held on servers in the United Kingdom. Some of our suppliers (Netlify, Stripe, HubSpot and Google) process data in the United States; where any transfer outside the UK occurs, it is covered by adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiry records: where an enquiry does not lead to a working relationship, we review it after 24 months and delete it if it is no longer needed.
  • Client and prospect records in our CRM: reviewed and deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
  • Order and invoice records: six years from the end of the financial year in which you bought, as tax law requires.
  • TNA and enquiry form submissions held by Netlify: cleared monthly once transferred to our own records.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or complete it if it is incomplete;
  • ask us to erase it, where there is no good reason for us to keep it;
  • object to us using it, or ask us to restrict how we use it;
  • ask us to transfer it to you or another provider in a portable format; and
  • withdraw consent, where our use relies on consent.

To exercise any of these, email help@trans2performance.com. We will respond within one month. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to us directly. Email help@trans2performance.com or write to the address above, marking your message “data protection complaint”. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you the outcome of our investigation without undue delay. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113, though we would welcome the chance to resolve it first.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe’s systems. Enquiry forms are protected against automated abuse, and access to the data they produce is restricted to T2 staff who need it. Order records are restricted to administrators. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Children

This website is aimed at organisations and the professionals who work in them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
