Founder & CEO
Martin Johnson
Following 5 years military service, Martin has carried out senior sales and leadership roles in both small dynamic and large global organisations, including 7 years with global consulting giant, Gartner. He is now the Founder and CEO of Trans2 Performance and is highly regarded for his expertise in Organisational Culture, Organisational Design, Leadership, and Human Performance. Over the past few years, Martin has become a strategic advisor and a leading performance coach who has worked with large corporations within both the private and public sectors, the military, and in the world of professional sport.

Tracy Roberts
Beginning her professional journey in the Royal Navy at 16, Tracy served on several warships that allowed her to travel globally. Transitioning from her military background, she has since accumulated over two decades of valuable leadership and L&D experience primarily in the Leisure and Hospitality sectors, contributing her skills to both National and International organisations.

Scott Morrison
Scott joined the T2 Consultancy team with a wealth of experience under his belt, with 23 years working across the finance, technology, telecom and energy sectors. Within this timeframe, Scott has developed hundreds of sales people and customer service executives with the ultimate aim of building goal orientated leadership teams. Scott is a people focused person with a real passion for developing those around him.

Spencer Locker
With a 24 year career in HM Armed Forces, followed by 5 years as Civilian Consultant for the Ministry of Defence, Spencer has enjoyed an interesting and diverse professional life. Working with all branches of the Armed Forces, Spencer delivered theoretical and practical training to Tier 1 Special Forces personnel as a ‘Resistance To Interrogation’ Instructor which gave him an invaluable insight into how people can develop adaptability and enhance resilience in the face of adversity. To that end, Spence featured as part of the Interrogation Team on the first four series of Channel 4’s ‘SAS: Who Dares Wins’ TV programme.

James Cooper
Following 14 years of coaching experience in the Sports and Educational sectors, James joined the T2 Consultancy team in 2022. Having lived and worked in America and Shanghai for a large part of his career, James has plenty of knowledge and life experience that he transfers into his delivery. James has designed and implemented various coaching and educational programmes, including the second largest player development programme in Eastern China. Always on the look out for new research trends, James has a passion of curiosity around Flow Environments within organisations, professional development and personal time management.

Bernice Casserly
Joining T2 as a consultant in March 2023, Bernice brings over 10 years of experience in Learning & Development. Prior to T2, she worked as an internal consultant within the telecommunications industry for BT and KCOM. She specialised in partnering with clients to design and develop learning solutions that support individual, team, and organisational goals. Her background encompasses a range of topics, including customer experience, communication, leadership, mindset, and performance. After spending the majority of her career developing and managing learning and development programs, she is now enjoying returning to her roots of delivering impactful learning experiences and supporting people from all walks of life, industries, and backgrounds.

Kelly-Marie Mitchell
Kelly-Marie joined the T2 team in January 2025 bringing 19 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development, having worked with well-known organisations such as Siemens Gamesa, Wren, Heron Foods, and within the education sector. She is deeply passionate about supporting and developing people across different businesses to enhance their skills and grow in their careers. Kelly-Marie has created and implemented a range of leadership development programs and has extensive experience in delivering these initiatives across various organisations.

Dale Barratt
Dale Barratt joined the T2 Consultancy team on secondment from Humberside Fire and Rescue Service. With 25 years experience working within the Fire and Rescue service, Dale brings with him a lot of life experience and transferable skills which make him a fantastic T2 Consultant. As well as fighting fires, Dale has spent much of his time on secondment with large offshore wind organisations delivering Behavioural Safety and Incident Command Training.

Claire Longthorn
Claire has been in Sales & Customer Service roles for over 20 years now, working for organisations such as Butler Group, Ovum & KCOM. She joined T2 in 2015 and assumed immediate responsibility for the set up of the business development team. Claire has established a strong business development capability and is now focused on supporting business growth and enhancing customer experience.
Client Services Executive
Sophie Thornton
Sophie joined the T2 Team in July 2022 bringing excellent communication and organisation skills to the Client Services team. Having completed her Business Administration Apprenticeship with us, Sophie plays an integral part in T2's customer journey, leading on the management of our specialist client support platform, My Learner Journey.

Saskia Powdrell
Saskia joined the T2 Team in July 2024 bringing 7 years of administration experience from previous job roles. Saskia has excellent organisational skills and will play a vital role in the Client Services team as she helps consultants with workshop preparation and assists in the management of our specialist client support platform, My Learner Journey.
Digital & Content
Head of Research & Content
Lydia English
Having worked within the HR sector for 5 years, Lydia joined the T2 team as Head of Research and Content in 2019. With a background in Organisational Psychology, Lydia is heavily involved in the research and analysis T2 carries out and creates the content for both face to face workshops and our online learning platform, the T2 Hub.
Content Executive
Tom Noblett
Tom joined the T2 team as Content Executive in March 2023 after working for six years creating film and video content for clients such as The NHS, The Prince’s Trust and The Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022 to name a few. Alongside this, he has delivered courses in camera, editing and interviewing skills. At T2, Tom plays an integral part in the digital department by recording, designing and editing all of our video and podcast content.
Digital Marketing Executive
Pilar Pina Velasco
Pilar joined the T2 team in February 2025 as Digital Marketing Executive with over 5 years of experience in media production and social media within the television industry and marketing agencies in Spain. Pilar brings exceptional communication and organisational skills to the T2 digital team. With extensive background in mass media and creative content production Pilar crafts compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and drive impactful brand presence.

Finance Manager
Becki Rookyard
Having worked within the Accounts sector for 12 years, Becki joined the T2 team as Finance Manager in May 2022 with a wealth of experience within Finance and Accounts roles. As Finance Manager, Becki manages the entire Finance function at T2, overseeing end to end finance operations, maintaining the financial health of the organisation, and ultimately, securing the long term success of T2.
