Martin Johnson
Following 5 years military service, Martin has carried out senior sales and leadership roles in both small dynamic and large global organisations, including 7 years with global consulting giant, Gartner. He is now the Founder and CEO of T2 The People Performance People and is highly regarded for his expertise in Organisational Culture, Organisational Design, Leadership, and Human Performance. Over the past few years, Martin has become a strategic advisor and a leading performance coach who has worked with large corporations within both the private and public sectors, the military, and in the world of professional sport.

Bernice Casserly
Joining T2 as a consultant in 2023, Bernice brings over 10 years of experience in Learning & Development. Prior to T2, she worked as an internal consultant within the telecommunications industry for BT and KCOM. She specialised in partnering with clients to design and develop learning solutions that support individual, team, and organisational goals. Her background encompasses a range of topics, including customer experience, communication, leadership, mindset, and performance. After spending the majority of her career developing and managing learning and development programs, she is now enjoying returning to her roots of delivering impactful learning experiences and supporting people from all walks of life, industries, and backgrounds.

Scott Morrison
Scott joined the T2 Consultancy team with a wealth of experience under his belt, with 23 years working across the finance, technology, telecom and energy sectors. Within this timeframe, Scott has developed hundreds of sales people and customer service executives with the ultimate aim of building goal orientated leadership teams. Scott is a people focused person with a real passion for developing those around him.

Spencer Locker
With a 24 year career in HM Armed Forces, followed by 5 years as Civilian Consultant for the Ministry of Defence, Spencer has enjoyed an interesting and diverse professional life. Working with all branches of the Armed Forces, Spencer delivered theoretical and practical training to Tier 1 Special Forces personnel as a ‘Resistance To Interrogation’ Instructor which gave him an invaluable insight into how people can develop adaptability and enhance resilience in the face of adversity. To that end, Spence featured as part of the Interrogation Team on the first four series of Channel 4’s ‘SAS: Who Dares Wins’ TV programme.

Alex Mather
With over a decade of experience in Learning & Development and Organisational Development, Alex has designed and delivered leadership pathways, cultural transformation programmes and large-scale change initiatives across the UK and internationally. His career includes senior roles at Otis Elevator, as well as L&D within Frontier Agriculture. He joined T2 as a Senior Consultant in 2025, bringing a deep expertise in leadership, inclusion and organisational culture, with a passion for creating environments where people perform at their best.

Rich McCarthy
Joining T2 as a Senior Consultant in 2026, Rich brings diverse experience from the British Army, education and leadership development, alongside deep expertise in behavioural science, communication and emotional intelligence. He has designed and led leadership programmes for organisations such as Pfizer, partnering closely with stakeholders to create learning that delivers meaningful, measurable change. Rich is particularly focused on helping leaders and teams perform at their best in high‑stakes and complex environments, while safeguarding mental health, wellbeing and sustainable performance.

Claire Longthorn
Claire has been in Sales & Customer Service roles for over 20 years now, working for organisations such as Butler Group, Ovum & KCOM. She joined T2 in 2015 and assumed immediate responsibility for the set up of the business development team. Claire has established a strong business development capability and is now focused on supporting business growth and enhancing customer experience.

Cara Bradley
Cara joins T2 bringing a strong background in client liaison, stakeholder communication and organisational support developed across a range of fast-paced, client-facing environments. Known for her accuracy under pressure, her adaptability and her ability to build strong working relationships, Cara brings exactly the kind of professionalism and attention to detail that the T2 client experience demands. She plays a key role in ensuring that every organisation T2 works with receives the support, responsiveness and care that sits at the heart of how T2 operates.

Director of Research, Content & Digital
Lydia English
Lydia brings a background in Organisational Psychology and over five years of experience in the HR sector to her role leading research, content and digital at T2. She oversees the research and analysis that underpins T2's programmes and methodology, and leads the development of content for both face-to-face workshops and the T2 Hub online learning platform. Her work sits at the intersection of psychological insight and practical application ensuring that everything T2 produces is evidence-based, relevant and genuinely useful to the people who experience it.

Pilar Pina Velasco
Pilar leads digital marketing and communications at T2, bringing over five years of experience in media production, social media and marketing across the television industry and marketing agencies in Spain. With a background in mass media and creative content production, Pilar combines strong strategic thinking with exceptional creative execution crafting narratives that build T2's brand presence and connect with the audiences that matter most to the organisation. She plays a central role in positioning T2's marketing as a strategic function that drives growth and supports the wider commercial ambitions of the business.

Ella Kerr
Ella joined T2 with a degree in Media Studies and previous experience in the health and social care sector. She brings a creative perspective, a genuine interest in people and a positive energy to the T2 digital team. Ella contributes to content production, social media and marketing activity that supports T2's mission of developing the people, leaders and organisations of the future.

Becki Rookyard
Becki brings over 15 years of experience in finance and accounts to her role leading the finance function at T2. She oversees end-to-end finance operations, manages the financial health of the organisation and plays a central role in securing T2's long-term stability and growth. As a member of the senior leadership team, Becki ensures that the commercial foundations of T2 are as strong as the people and programmes it delivers.
