Designed for individuals who are new in leadership roles, and are wanting to broaden their personal effectiveness and improve their leadership skills and abilities. The programme will equally benefit those individuals who have been identified as having the potential to progress to senior level within their organisation

  • Prior to the commencement of the programme, delegates will complete an online psychometric survey which is designed to uncover their Unconscious Motivators®. Unconscious Motivators® have been proven to heavily influence a person's Leadership style, attitude and behaviours on a daily basis and will lay the foundation for the full programme.

  • As part of the programme, all delegates will be given a i year, single-user licence to the T2 Hub. The T2 Hub is an online learning platform focused on developing the skills and knowledge of leaders in Leadership, Leadership, Sales, Customer Service, Wellbeing and Performance Psychology. The T2 Hub will provide delegates with online support in-between workshops, and will allow them to delve deeper into the topics they cover in the classroom.
