Learning and Development Consultant
Trans2 Performance are a training and development company born out of a passion to make a difference. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join our talented and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Learning and Development Delivery: Deliver engaging learning and development workshops, both in-person and virtually.
Learning and Development Content Creation: Help to create written pathways, videos and podcasts for our online learning platform.
Communication and Engagement: Appear and participate in video and podcast productions. Present training proposals to potential and existing clients. Deliver public speaking engagements as needed.
Coaching and Mentoring: Engage in one-on-one coaching sessions, both in-person and virtually.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Passion for Leadership and Development: A deep understanding and interest in leadership and development principles and a deep desire to learn more.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent Communication Skills: We’re looking for a clear and charismatic communicator, both written and verbal.
Learning Agility: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications and experience:
Experience in delivering learning and development or consulting services.
Knowledge of leadership, management, and personal development topics.
Proven track record in creating learning and development content.
Experience designing and developing training programmes
CIPD accreditation
Experience in leadership roles
Other Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence
Access to own vehicle
Willing to travel
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a wide and varied client base, including large corporations, public sector organisations and educational establishments. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and creative individual who will deliver T2's content with passion and confidence, enabling us to maintain the T2 brand our clients know and love. The successful candidate should be a team player, show large amounts of initiative and be passionate about helping T2 continue to grow and thrive.
