Returns Policy
At Trans2Performance (T2), we are committed to providing high-quality products and an excellent customer experience. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Eligibility: You have a legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you received your goods.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in a new and undamaged condition. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop, but if the value of the goods is diminished by any unnecessary handling, we may deduct an amount from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items: For change of mind returns, we cannot accept:
Digital products, such as e-books or document downloads.
Items that show signs of significant use, such as writing, highlighting, torn pages, or damage not caused by our error.

Refunds for 'Change of Mind' Returns:
We will refund the cost of the items and the standard delivery cost you paid. If you chose an enhanced delivery service (e.g., next-day delivery), we are only required to refund the cost of our standard delivery.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items (Statutory Rights)
Your Legal Rights: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Faulty Items: If an item is found to be faulty:
Within 30 days of delivery: You are entitled to a full refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty goods.
After 30 days: We are legally required to offer a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible or is unsuccessful, you are then entitled to a full or partial refund.
Process: Please contact us immediately at help@trans2performance.com or 01482 488060. if an item is faulty or incorrect. We will provide instructions and may ask for photographic evidence to help us resolve the issue quickly and at no cost to you.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of postage (whichever is earlier).
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@trans2performance.com or 01482 488060.
