Moving Ahead: Transitioning from One Year to the Next

When we approach a brand new year, many of us use it as an opportunity to make some kind of change; whether that’s to start exercising, to switch to a healthier diet, or a change in mindset. Deciding to make a change is great, but many of us struggle to start our new plan, and then maintain it.

In order to move forwards into the new year and make those desired changes, it helps to reflect on what we did in the previous calendar year and understand where we are now, and what got us here. Once we have reflected, we can then look at ways we can bridge the gap between the previous year and the new year; and then adapt our approach moving forwards.
