Leading the Team: From individuals to a high-performing unit

Even the best individual contributors won’t automatically become a great team. Leading the Team focuses on trust, alignment and dynamics so teams can perform, collaborate and deliver together.

    • Using the 5 Dysfunctions framework, leaders explore what gets in the way of team performance: absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability and inattention to results. They learn how to create the foundations for open dialogue and shared ownership.

    • T2 Retreat Event and T2 Unity provide immersive experiences that take teams out of the day-to-day and into focused reflection, challenge and connection. Team Dynamics sessions draw on tools like PRINT®, Attributes and culture diagnostics to show how different personalities and styles can work together more effectively.

    • PATH (team alignment) creates clarity on where the team is going and how they will get there. Teams align on purpose, ambition, tactics and habits so everyone understands the direction, priorities and behaviours needed to deliver.

Leading the Team can be developed through an on-site workshop, team days, T2 Unity events or our flagship T2 Leadership Retreat. We work with you to diagnose your team’s needs and design experiences that build trust, alignment and performance.
