Extending our people-first partnership with Specsavers
We’re delighted to have extended our partnership with Specsavers, one of the world’s leading optical and hearing care providers, and a business that truly puts its people first.
T2 has been working with Specsavers since 2018, and our relationship has grown into something we’re extremely proud of. From supporting the selection and development of new store partners to delivering leadership programmes across the business, we estimate we’ve now worked with around 1,500 people at all levels of the Specsavers organisation.
The latest milestone in that journey is Bright Stars, a programme we’ve designed specifically for high-potential optometry students at the very start of their professional careers. The two-day immersive experience combines psychometric profiling, self-awareness workshops, team challenges and peer learning, and has been completed by an inaugural cohort of 50 students.
It’s a programme that reflects exactly what we believe: that exceptional performance starts with understanding yourself as a human being first. Specsavers shares that belief, which is why this partnership has worked so well for so long.
Across the business, our PRINT® profiling system has become part of the everyday language at Specsavers, with almost 1,250 employees completing their profiles through T2. Teams regularly reference their PRINT® insights to strengthen collaboration and adapt their approach, which is exactly what the tool is designed to do.
It means a great deal to us that T2’s reputation at Specsavers has grown organically, through the experience of people we’ve been through our programmes and wanted more. That’s always the best kind of endorsement.
Specsavers was voted 12th on the 2025 list of the World’s Best Workplaces™. We’re proud to play a part in the people-centred culture that sits behind this recognition, and we’re looking forward to continuing to grow this partnership over the coming years.
