We’re excited to announce that the T2 Performance Centre is now complete and offering an exceptional experience to our clients.
We’ve given our building a comprehensive makeover to create a state-of-the-art environment setting a new standard for how leadership and people performance development is delivered and experienced.
T2 acquired the building in 2025 and has now invested in a comprehensive makeover. The result is the T2 Performance Centre, a 6,000 sq ft three-storey facility designed to set a new standard for how leadership development is delivered and experienced.
It represents a major commitment by T2 to create exceptional facilities, enhancing the services and experience offered to clients and supporting leadership development, both within the Hull and Humber region and across the UK.

The transformation of our waterfront headquarters in Hull’s Fruit Market urban village reflects our commitment to creating exceptional facilities, enhancing the services and experience offered to clients, and supporting leadership development, both within the Hull and Humber region and across the UK.
We’ve refurbished the three-storey building throughout, with the makeover delivered by commercial interior design business RFD, bringing to life our vision for a centre where everything is designed to support exceptional performance.
We’ve implemented a consistent design style across every floor, bringing together ribbed vertical wall panelling, a warm and welcoming colour palette, statement greenery, and an abstract design that reflects a network of shared thinking. The result is a vibrant, contemporary environment that feels inspiring from the moment you walk through the door.
The first floor features two dedicated training suites that serve as our primary client-facing delivery spaces. There is also a dedicated virtual delivery suite, a private one-to-one coaching and meeting room, and a communal breakout area.
Finished to an exceptional specification and equipped with the latest technology, every one of our rooms features Clevertouch interactive screens, with digital room-booking displays outside each space.
Room 05. Darwin - T2 The People Performance People
On the top floor, a larger training space can accommodate up to 30 delegates and leads out into a stunning outdoor space. We simply had to take full advantage of the glorious views across the Humber and iconic views of The Deep aquarium, from the rooftop terrace. This beautiful space will host outdoor team-building activities and breakout sessions during spring and summer programmes.
The ground floor also features a new state-of-the-art, fully soundproofed podcast studio, as the new home for the T2 People Performance Podcast.

Complete with acoustic panelling, professional lighting and multi-camera capability, the studio has been designed to deliver a premium recording experience. The podcast studio and our meeting rooms are also available for external hire.
The creation of the T2 Performance Centre comes as we also launch our new People Performance Partnership, designed to meet the specific and bespoke needs of clients.
